Working principle of barn exhaust fan
The barn exhaust fan developed by ABC Machinery is a type of negative-pressure ventilation fan belonging to the axial flow category. Its frame is made of galvanized steel for durability in farm environments.
The fan works by creating a pressure difference: when the large blades rotate, they quickly draw out hot, humid, and stale air from inside the barn. This creates a negative pressure zone, allowing fresh air from outside to flow in naturally, achieving effective ventilation and cooling.
Poultry Cooling Pad for Sale
In negative pressure ventilation and cooling mode, exhaust fans are used to extract dirty and hot air from the room, while cooling pads installed on the opposite side serve as air inlets. As fresh hot air passes through the moistened surfaces of the cooling pads, it undergoes heat exchange with the water, resulting in filtered and cooled air entering the space.

- High water absorption, high water resistance, mildew prevention, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
- The evaporation of the product is larger than the surface, and the cooling efficiency is good. The product contains a surfactant, which naturally absorbs water and spreads quickly. A drop of water can be diffused in 4~5 seconds, and the natural water absorption height is 60~70mm/5min; when 200mm/1.5.
- The product is economical and applicable and a variety of frame sizes are offered.
