Automatic Feeding & Watering System
Automatic feed and water systems are installed at multiple points. Side feed troughs are refilled on schedule with controlled amounts. Each column group includes three water lines—two flanking the nest boxes and one at the center of the first tier—featuring 3–5 nipples per 1150 mm with attached water cups.
Attentive Nest Boxes Design
ABC Machinery nest boxes are spacious and offer high privacy, resulting in excellent acceptance by the hens. The adjustable sloped nest floor ensures that eggs safely roll onto the central conveyor belt positioned between the two nest boxes, where they are collected by the automatic egg collection system. For tiers without nest boxes, a dedicated conveyor belt is also provided to gather any missed eggs.
Advanced Environmental Control System
The ABC Machinery cage-free aviary system is equipped with advanced poultry farming equipment, including an automatic lighting system, ventilation system, and manure removal system to maintain a healthy and clean environment. Belt-type manure removal systems are installed on both the upper and lower tiers to promptly clear manure, reducing ammonia emissions. In combination with the ventilation system, this effectively lowers disease incidence and mortality rates among the flock.
