Collect organic fertilizers

In the organic fertilizer production process, the initial step involves the collection of organic raw materials, encompassing agricultural waste, livestock and poultry manure, plant straw, and other sources. Following the collection of these raw materials, an initial sorting and processing phase is undertaken to streamline and prepare them for the subsequent stages of production.

Aerobic fermentation

After undergoing preliminary treatment, the gathered organic raw materials are directed to the aerobic fermentation pile. In this environment conducive to aerobic fermentation, microorganisms are stimulated to metabolize organic matter. This is achieved by ensuring an ample supply of oxygen, regulating humidity, and maintaining an appropriate carbon-nitrogen ratio. We offer two types of fermentation equipment: organic fertilizer fermentation tanks and turners. The specific differences are outlined as follows:

Organic fertilizer fermentation tanks typically take the form of sealed containers equipped with suitable ventilation facilities to guarantee a sufficient oxygen supply, thereby facilitating aerobic fermentation. Following precise proportioning, ventilation, and humidity control, among other conditions, organic raw materials are thoroughly exposed to oxygen and undergo fermentation through the activity of microorganisms. The compost turner comes into play by turning and stirring the fermented organic materials, enhancing both uniformity and ventilation throughout the fermentation process.

Material crushing

The organic crusher machine is a specialized equipment designed for the efficient processing of organic raw materials in the production of fertilizers. Its primary function revolves around the crushing of organic materials, such as agricultural waste, plant straw, and livestock or poultry manure, which have undergone aerobic fermentation. The machine is equipped to finely crush these materials into the desired particle sizes essential for subsequent granulation.

Material granulation

Fertilizer drying

The drying process commences with the introduction of the material into the dryer. As the rotary drum dryer, an array of internal fins adheres to the inner wall, elevating the material to a specific height. Subsequently, the fins retract, causing the material to descend to the dryer’s base. During this descent, the material traverses the hot gas stream. The system incorporates independent air heating mechanisms and a centralized waste discharge system, contributing to both energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Fertilizer cooling

The rotary drum cooler plays a crucial role in extracting moisture and reducing temperatures from fertilizers, serving as a vital component in both organic and inorganic fertilizer manufacturing alongside the rotary dryer. This enhances the cooling process significantly, alleviating labor intensity. Moreover, the versatility of the rotary cooler extends to its capability to cool various powdered and granular materials beyond fertilizers.

Material screening

The purpose of screening is to remove fine particles or agglomerates between particles to ensure the uniformity and quality of the final product. The rotary screen machine divides the particles into different levels according to size by vibrating the screen surface, and can effectively remove particles that do not meet the requirements.

Material packaging

Fertilizer particles that do not meet the required standards will undergo additional processing in the fertilizer crusher, while the finalized products will be directly conveyed to the automated fertilizer packaging machine.
