Collect organic fertilizers

In the production process of organic fertilizer, organic raw materials including agricultural waste, livestock and poultry manure, plant straw, etc. need to be collected first. After these raw materials are collected, they will be initially sorted and processed to facilitate the subsequent production process.

Aerobic fermentation

The collected organic raw materials are sent to the aerobic fermentation pile after preliminary treatment. In an aerobic fermentation environment, microorganisms are encouraged to metabolize organic matter by providing sufficient oxygen, regulating humidity, and maintaining an appropriate carbon-nitrogen ratio.

We provide two types of fermentation equipment: organic fertilizer fermentation tanks and turners. The turning machine is a traditional fermentation process. The specific differences are as follows:

Organic fertilizer fermentation tanks are usually sealed containers with appropriate ventilation facilities to ensure an adequate supply of oxygen and facilitate aerobic fermentation. After proper proportioning, ventilation, humidity control, and other conditions, organic raw materials are fully exposed to oxygen and fermented through the action of microorganisms. The compost turner turns and stirs the fermented organic materials to promote the uniformity and ventilation of the fermented materials.

Material crushing

With the assistance of the organic fertilizer crusher, we can efficiently pulverize the organic raw materials that have undergone aerobic fermentation into finely crushed particles of the desired size. This step aims to ensure that the organic materials achieve the appropriate granularity, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent pelletization process. The organic fertilizer crusher enhances the efficiency and precision of material crushing, playing a pivotal role in achieving the desired particle size for optimal granulation. This meticulous process contributes to the overall effectiveness of the organic fertilizer production line, ensuring the production of high-quality organic granular fertilizer.

Material granulation

The previously crushed organic material, now in the form of a fine powder, is granulated, converting it into well-shaped granules suitable for fertilization. The rotary drum granulator works by rotating a drum and coating the powder with a liquid binder to form spherical granules. The rotary drum granulator ensures consistent size and shape of organic fertilizer particles, and the production parameters are adjustable and can be adjusted according to different raw materials and production needs, improving production flexibility and thereby optimizing its performance in agricultural applications.

Fertilizer drying

Material shall be dried to enter the dryer. When the dryer is rotating, a series of internal fins will lift the material by lining the inner wall of the dryer. When the material reaches a certain height to roll the fins back, it will fall back to the bottom of the dryer, and then pass through the hot gas stream as it falls. Independent air heating systems, and centralized waste discharge result in energy and cost savings.

Fertilizer cooling

Rotary drum cooler removes fertilizer water and lowers temperature, used with rotary dryer in organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer production, which greatly increases cooling speed, and relieves work intensification. The rotary cooler also can be used to cool other powdered & granular materials.

Material screening

The purpose of screening is to remove fine particles or agglomerates between particles to ensure the uniformity and quality of the final product. The rotary screen machine divides the particles into different levels according to size by vibrating the screen surface, and can effectively remove particles that do not meet the requirements.

Material packaging

Unqualified fertilizer particles will be transported to the fertilizer crusher for further processing, and the finished products will be transported directly to the automatic fertilizer packaging machine.
