1. Collect manure

According to the source of organic fertilizer, it can be divided into two categories:
1. Traditional organic fertilizer: such as agricultural waste: straw, fungus residue, soybean meal, etc.
2. Commercial organic fertilizer: It mainly includes solid waste rich in organic matter such as livestock manure, animal and plant residues, and domestic garbage as the main raw materials, with a certain amount of other auxiliary materials and fermentation agents added, and is produced into organic fertilizer through organic fertilizer equipment. fertilizer.

2. Dewatering

Dewatering is the process of removing excess moisture or liquid from the fermented organic matter. It is a crucial step in the organic fertilizer production process, and its primary objective is to eliminate excessive moisture or liquid from the fermented organic material. This phase is essential to ensure that the final organic fertilizer product meets the required moisture content and is in a suitable form for further processing and storage.

3. Fermenting

The fermentation process is the core of organic fertilizer production. It involves many levels of biology, chemistry, and physics, and is a key step in converting raw organic materials into stable, nutrient-rich organic fertilizers. This stage not only reduces difficult-to-decompose components in organic matter, but also improves nutrient utilization, kills pathogens, eliminates odors, and ultimately forms organic matter that improves soil structure and promotes plant growth.

Common fermentation equipment includes organic fertilizer fermentation tanks and compost turners. The core differences between these two types of equipment are different fermentation processes, different fermentation times, and different floor areas. 4. Granulating

Granulating is the process of shaping the organic matter into small granules or pellets for easier handling and application. We offer four types of pellet machines: Rotary Drum Granulator, Disc Granulator, Flat Die Pellet Mill, and Ring Die Pellet Mill. You can choose a suitable granulator according to your needs.

5. Dry/Cooling

After granulation, the fertilizer particles often retain heat generated during the process. Dry/Cooling involves removing excess moisture from the granulated organic matter and, if necessary, cooling it to improve storage stability.

6. Screening

Screening is the process of separating the granulated organic matter into different particle sizes to meet specific product requirements. The purpose is to separate granular organic matter into different particle sizes to meet specific product requirements.

7. Packaging

Packaging is the final step in the organic fertilizer production process, placing carefully screened and processed organic fertilizer into containers suitable for storage, distribution and sale.

The main differences between organic fertilizers and chemical fertilizers:

1. Different production methods
