Working Principle of Organic Fertilizer Mixer
The fertilizer mixer consists of a motor, a cycloid reducer, a mixing plate, a mixing shaft, a mixing alarm, and a discharge port. When the fertilizer mixer is working, the cycloid reducer drives the main shaft, and the main shaft drives the stirring arm. The stirring arm is equipped with some small shovels.
The arms and spatula thoroughly mix the ingredients in the dish. Open the discharge port under the disc, and the material will be discharged, fall on the belt conveyor, and be sent to the fertilizer granulator.
The horizontal mixer consists of a frame, a transmission part, and a mixing part. The quantitative powdery material flows into the mixing tank from the feed port, and at the same time, water with a certain pressure is atomized and sprayed on the raw materials. The motor drives the reducer to rotate the spindle.
The spiral blades welded on the shaft rotate synchronously to mix the materials in the tank evenly and form a loose sphere with uniform moisture. After the materials are fully mixed, open the discharge port under the tank, and the materials will be discharged from the mixing equipment and transported to fertilizer granulation.
