The inner wall of the tank is lined with 304 stainless steel plates, with a polyurethane foam-filled insulation layer in the middle, and the outer wall is supported by thickened steel plates. The upper part of the tank is composed of a weather shed, a test platform, an exhaust facility and other devices.
