Fermentation Vessels For Sale
Our in vessel composting equipment is made of 304 stainless steel and is specifically designed for converting organic waste into organic fertilizer. Compared to traditional composters, ABC Machinery’s in vessel composting equipment features a vertical structure design, which occupies less space and has a shorter fermentation cycle. The tank has a large capacity, allowing it to handle a substantial amount of organic waste, and is equipped with a robust and reliable mixer to ensure even mixing and provide ample oxygen for microorganisms.
To minimize the impact of temperature on the fermentation process, the tank is equipped with an electric heating system and pressure management functions. This effectively increases the yield of organic fertilizer and accelerates the fermentation speed. The entire fermentation cycle can be completed within 7-15 days. Additionally, to address the unpleasant odors generated during fermentation, the tank includes an automatic ventilation system and deodorization system to completely eliminate any foul smells from the organic fertilizer.

In vessel composting equipment Features
- Sealed treatment with 99% deodorization, pollution-free.
- Good insulation, allowing normal fermentation in environments as low as -5°C.
- Low energy consumption, with an average power consumption of 21-26 KW per hour for a single 11FFG-120 unit.
- Fermentation cycle is about 7-15 days, and processing capacity can be increased by adding multiple units as needed.
- Simple operation and management with PLC automatic control. Raw materials such as livestock and poultry manure are automatically converted into organic fertilizer, making it easy to learn and operate.
- The tank has a three-layer structure, with the inner layer made of 304 stainless steel. This high-quality material solves the problem of strong acid and alkali corrosion, ensuring a service life of more than 10 years.
- High-temperature bacteria can survive and reproduce in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 70°C. The beneficial bacteria formed can kill harmful bacteria in the raw materials, a feature unmatched by other fermentation equipment.
- The compost tank is compact, can be installed outdoors, and does not require a factory building. It serves as a mobile processing plant, solving the high costs associated with building a factory, long-distance transportation, and centralized processing.

In Vessel Composting Equipment Fermentation Principle
Our in vessel composting equipment adopts advanced aerobic microbial aerobic fermentation principle. By controlling temperature, humidity and sufficient oxygen, microorganisms are promoted to reproduce using organic matter and residual protein in livestock and poultry manure. In this process, microorganisms consume organic matter and oxygen in the manure, metabolize to produce ammonia, carbon dioxide and water vapor, and release a large amount of heat to increase the temperature in the tank.
The temperature in the tank is between 45℃ and 70℃, which can further promote the growth and metabolism of microorganisms. When the temperature reaches above 60℃, harmful substances such as harmful bacteria, pathogens and parasite eggs will be killed, while maintaining the survival conditions of beneficial bacteria. With the continuous addition of fresh livestock and poultry manure, the microorganisms in the tank continue to reproduce, and finally the manure is harmlessly treated.
The treated clinker can be used directly as fertilizer or as raw material for the production of compound organic fertilizer. This not only solves the problem of manure pollution to the environment, but also ensures the large-scale, green and sustainable development of the breeding industry. Our equipment is simple to operate, environmentally friendly and efficient, and is an ideal choice for the development of modern agriculture.
