- Dry material processing, the produced feed pellets have high hardness, smooth surface and internal curing, which can improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients.
Working Principle of Ring Die Pellet Mill
The working process requires that the compound powder with a water content of not more than 15% enters the feeding auger from the silo. By adjusting the speed of the step-less speed regulating motor, it obtains a suitable material flow rate. Afterward, it is mixed with steam through the paddle rod for conditioning.
After the tempering process, the temperature of the powder can reach 64-85°C, and the humidity can reach 14-16%. Subsequently, it goes through the chute and finally enters the compression chamber for granulation.
