Fertilizer chain crusher adopts a high-speed rotating chain mechanism to ensure uniform particle size of the processed materials. It is especially suitable for crushing raw materials and returned materials, especially for fertilizer raw materials with high moisture content. Working Process of Chain Fertilizer Crusher

Materials enter through the feeding port and collide with the rapidly rotating casing, experiencing impact, extrusion, and crushing. Following this, the material collides once more with the inner wall of the casing, counteracts with the hammer, and undergoes multiple impacts, gradually transforming into powder or particles smaller than 3mm, ultimately discharging from the bottom.

Power is transmitted through a triangular belt to drive the rotation of the main shaft. Upper and lower bearing seats are installed at the casing’s upper and lower ends. The casing assembly is affixed to the lower frame, and the main shaft is equipped with hammers and hammer supports. The feeding hopper is positioned at the casing’s upper part. For convenient hammer replacement, there is an access door on the casing for disassembly and maintenance.
