ABC Machinery’s intelligent compost turner is an intelligent integrated equipment. There are currently four types for you to choose from: high-temperature aerobic fermentation tank, livestock and poultry manure fermentation tank, food waste fermentation tank, urban sludge fermentation tank. It is specially used to treat organic waste such as poultry manure, agricultural waste and high-temperature biological fermentation bacteria. Through biodegradation and decomposition, these organic wastes are converted into organic fertilizer raw materials, which can be used for soil improvement and landscaping, realizing the resource utilization of organic waste.

Compost Tank Processing
- First, add raw materials and additives into the feed bin, and add strains to the mixture.
- Use a mixer to thoroughly mix these components.
- Utilize a belt conveyor to transfer the mixture to the next stage.
- Conduct aerobic fermentation using our compost tank, with optional auxiliary heating.
- Discharge the processed organic fertilizer through screw discharge.
- Our compost tank can collect and deodorize waste gas before discharge.
